I get it, I have worn those shoes, I have walked that path. Good news, your search is over, because you have found exactly what you are looking for! Gig Harbor Thai is not only the best Thai restaurant in Gig Harbor, but quite possibly the best Thai food in North America, which I can vouch for with my extensive traveling and penchant to seek it out wherever I go. I get around. I would venture to say that you could get Thai food this good in Thailand as well, but that's pretty far away, so while a trip to south east Asia would undoubtedly be fun, this is much more accessible for those of us living on the West Coast. I have tried almost everything on the Menu and not been disappointed by a single dish, but the true stand out here is the Panang Curry, which is on its own orbit. I am not going to say that my wife and I moved to Gig Harbor specifically because of Gig Harbor Thai, but it was definitely a factor. After all, why would anyone move somewhere that the Thai food is not great, these are important life decisions! ”
